The Engine Overhaul business has the capability to service all products in the Trent engine family, this includes Trent 500, Trent 700, Trent 800, Trent 900, Trent 1000 and Trent XWB; SAESL is the only Trent engine MRO that can support all product variants. Why Join SAESL • Staff Benefits (Comprehensive Medical Coverage, Flexible Benefits, Company Transport) • Training/Career Progression Opportunities • Job Security Job Summary To support the logistics operations by ensuring timely and accurate movement and storage of engines, modules, parts, tooling and consumables, coordinating with internal departments and external vendors, while maintaining cost-efficiency and compliance with aviation shipping regulations. Job Responsibilities • Arrange and monitor inbound and outbound shipments • Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries • Highlight and resolve delivery delays, transport issues and shipment discrepancies • Handle import/export documentation, customs declarations, and regulatory paperwork in accordance with aviation and government requirements • Ensure logistics and warehouse activities comply with OPMs, SOPs, safety guidelines and quality standards • Maintain accurate data in SAP ERP/WMS systems (eg. receipts, stock transfers, dispatches) • Maintain logistics documentation for audit and compliance • Prepare monthly logistics reports (cost, delivery performance, KPI tracking) • Analyze logistics data and trends to identify operational improvements and cost reduction opportunities • Support implementation of new systems, workflows or process enhancements Qualification / Experience • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related fields • 1–3 years of logistics or warehouse experience preferred, ideally within aerospace, manufacturing, or high‑compliance industries • Familiarity with aviation regulations (e.g. EASA/CAAS requirements) is an advantage • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, SAP ERP/WMS system • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills • Attention to detail, accuracy and self-motivated • Able to multitask and work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment • Strong understanding of supply chain, warehousing, and inventory processes
