Technical Lead – SIT/UAT & Defect Resolution

The Technical Lead will provide hands-on technical leadership during SIT and UAT, ensuring rapid resolution of defects, system stability, and close alignment between development and testing teams during a critical project phase.

Key Responsibilities

· Act as the technical authority during SIT and UAT cycles

· Analyze and resolve complex functional, integration, and data defects

· Support defect root-cause analysis and provide clear technical fixes

· Coordinate closely with QA, BA, and business stakeholders during triage

· Ensure code quality, configuration integrity, and deployment readiness

· Support UAT fixes, re-testing cycles, and release sign-offs

· Provide technical inputs to status reports, risk logs, and readiness assessments

· Mentor technical team members and ensure adherence to best practices

Required Skills & Experience

· 6 years of software development experience, including technical leadership exposure

· Strong experience supporting SIT/UAT cycles in large programs

· Solid hands-on expertise in enterprise application development (Java / .NET / equivalent)

· Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and databases

· Experience working in Agile environments

· Insurance or migration program exposure is a strong advantage
