 10+ years of infrastructure engineering experience, preferably in Insurance / Financial Services environment.
 Strong hands-on expertise in Windows Server, Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO.
 Strong experience in VMware vSphere / ESXi / vCenter administration.
 Experience in production support or Site Reliability / Operations environment.
 Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
 Experience managing critical incidents and multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
 Experience in scripting / automation using PowerShell preferred.
 Presentation and documentation skills with ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
