Conduct surveys, interviews, and focus group discussions to understand fleets’ end-to-end working experience and identify potential issues affecting productivity, retention, and overall work environment Initiate, strategize, and execute community-focused recommendations and programmes aimed at improving driver retention, including loyalty programmes and high-perfor
