Senior Rail Systems Engineer - Permanent Role

Responsibilities:

• Design, procure, install, test, and commission Voice Recording and Telephone Systems for MRT and rail infrastructure projects.
• Manage and coordinate stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and suppliers, throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Provide technical support for software and hardware systems, including troubleshooting and end-user assistance.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation such as design reports, progress updates, test results, and as-built drawings.
• Track and control design changes, system testing outcomes, approvals, and compliance records.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate engineers and technicians to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Support tender and bidding activities by developing technical proposals, system architectures, and cost estimates.
• Execute tasks independently with minimal supervision while ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and project standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in telecommunication or rail-related system projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to produce clear technical documentation.
• Demonstrated leadership capability, including mentoring, conflict resolution, and team coordination.
• Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working effectively in fast-paced project environments.
