A Jr. Learning Business Partner will be responsible for: Learning Assessment, Design and Development: Leads the end to end process in determining learning gaps in the organization through data validation and providing specific outcomes and training recommendations. Designs and develops custom training modules, partners with external training providers, or recommends industry certifications.
