Manage evaluation guidelines and monthly evaluation process of User Experience. Training, Productivity & Quality control of Local Ops. Product Management of operational internal tools. Label text, images, and videos critical to the development of machine learning algorithms. Perform testing and Quality Control to evaluate the quality of search & recommendation & ads features. Review bad cases and collect product feedback to identify issues with Search & Recommendation & Ads.
