Plan, set up and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok and other digital channels to drive new deposit users and funded accounts Monitor and improve key metrics (e.g. Cost per Deposit User, CAC, CVR, ROAS), using data analysis and A/B testing (creatives, audiences, bidding, landing pages) to continuously improve results Expand into new online marketing channels and ad formats, run test-and-learn experiments, and scale high-performing
