Business Analyst - Insurance (6-month contract)

Join a leading global insurer as a Business Analyst on a 6-month contract, driving system enhancements and product-related change across life insurance platforms. You’ll work closely with IT, Product, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into clear technical requirements and support end-to-end delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit, define, and document business and functional requirements; lead scope definition, user story creation and grooming, and SME engagement for system development
• Support Agile delivery including UAT planning and execution, test case creation, defect management, and ensuring solutions meet defined business outcomes
• Coordinate with IT and business stakeholders to support product releases, system enhancements, and prepare training documentation

Critical Requirements:

• 3+ years’ insurance industry experience with 2+ years in a Business Analyst / systems or testing role
• Strong technical analysis skills - Requirements documentation, process mapping, system behaviour understanding, and hands-on testing experience
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across large teams, influence stakeholders, and operate independently in an Agile setting
