Job Summary
The LF Supplies Factory Finance Analyst plays a critical role in providing financial insights, supporting operational decision‑making, and ensuring strong compliance within the Supply Chain Finance organization. This role drives forecasting activities, supports month‑end close processes, and partners closely with Supply Chain Operations on projects, productivity initiatives, and New Product Introductions (NPI).
The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, independence, and teamwork. The analyst may also lead projects, provide direction during cross‑functional initiatives, and contribute to policy and process enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform financial analysis across factory operations, identifying issues and recommending actions.
• Support monthly close activities, including variance reviews, journal entries, and reporting.
• Ensure strong compliance with SOX, internal controls, and corporate policies.
• Drive short‑, mid‑, and long‑term forecasting cycles and provide insights to business partners.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Operations on projects, NPI readiness, and productivity initiatives.
• Deliver clear, data‑driven insights to support decision‑making.
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects and process improvement efforts.

• Proficiency in Excel automation (advanced formulas, Power Query, macros or equivalent automation techniques).
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Learning agility and a strong can‑do attitude, with willingness to quickly adapt, take initiative, and drive tasks to completion.
• Experience in finance and forecasting.
• Familiarity with manufacturing, supply chain, or factory environments is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (e.g., SAP/S4, BI tools).
• Experience in data visualization and reporting using Power BI is a plus.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
