Visual Communication Designer • Artistic Direction: Ensure all spatial and environmental designs align with the brand’s DNA and the overarching project vision. • Key Visual Development: Conceptualize and propose core visual identities for brands and products. Your designs must effectively communicate complex messages and resonate with diverse target audiences. • High-Impact Presentations: Lead the creation of visual presentation decks for design submissions and client pitches. You will be responsible for turning technical concepts into persuasive, professional PowerPoint narratives. • Precision Execution (FA): Oversee the production of all Final Artwork (FA) for large-scale printing. Maintain a rigorous eye for detail to ensure high-quality output and technical accuracy. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales and Production teams to ensure design solutions are both commercially viable and physically buildable. • Trend & AI Integration: Stay ahead of industry shifts and emerging technologies. Proactively integrate AI-generative tools into the ideation and mood-boarding workflow to increase efficiency and creative depth. • Strategic Time Management: Manage multiple high-bulk project deliverables simultaneously, ensuring all milestones are met without compromising on creative excellence. Skills and Experience: • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in interior design, Interior Architecture, Exhibition Design, Product Design, Visual Communications or related filed • Mastery of Adobe Illustrator is non-negotiable for technical layouts and vector execution. • Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint (layout, animation, and visual storytelling). • AI Tool Integration (Bonus/Preferred): Experience using AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion, or ChatGPT for ideation) to accelerate the creative process and concept visualization. • A robust portfolio showcasing successful 2D/3D event executions and high-end pitch deck. • High attention to detail and passion for design innovation
