Job Description
Proactive and aggressive conduct outbound activities to get new sellers to join FBS. Build trust and long-term relationships with sellers through regular check-ins, performance reviews, and proactive communication. Proactive identifying opportunities for order growth and prevent churn. Monitor account health metrics such as order volume trends, SLAs, and satisfaction scores. Collaborate with operations, warehouse, customer support, and product teams to resolve issues and optimize service levels.
