Overall Responsible for all materials and information being cascaded for all operations teams including Knowledge Management Systems (KMS) content visualization & management, FAQ updates and enhancements, Spiels & Intents updates. Create & Update Customer Service Spiels and other messaging requirement of all Operations Teams Drive better content management and process visualization for FAQs for better customer experience
