Plan and coordinate inbound (transfer from other sortation facilities and outbound of parcels, arrival & departure time of linehaul vehicles, utilizing truck capacity, route planning for drivers to meet improve ADT (Average Delivery Time) KPI Manage, brief and train ground team to make sure operation execution follow SOP Execute linehaul plans according to the set schedules and maximize capacity to ensure all deliveries are fast and on time according to the set service-level agreement (SLA)
