Product Operations, ShopeePay (1-Year Contract)

Collaborate with merchants and payment partners to support API integrations and troubleshoot technical issues. Assist with product enhancements and new feature launches through UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and Live Testing. Support day-to-day product operations, including incident management, feature enablement, user support escalations, and system or product updates. Identify process gaps, suggest improvements, and help streamline workflows to make product operations more efficient.
