The Company

Our client is a well established organization in the environmental management services sector, supporting essential infrastructure and sustainability initiatives in Singapore.

As the business continues to strengthen its finance function and systems, they are looking to appoint a capable and hands on Finance Manager to join their team.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, the Finance Manager will lead a team and play a key role in strengthening financial operations, reporting, and systems capabilities.

This role offers broad exposure across financial control, consolidation, management reporting, and system implementation, and will suit a candidate who is comfortable operating both strategically and operationally.

• Oversee full sets of accounts for two business entities
• Lead monthly closing and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting
• Manage group consolidation, including overseas entities (Singapore & Vietnam)
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Perform financial analysis and deliver actionable insights to management
• Prepare and present management reports to support strategic decision-making
• Lead and develop a finance team to ensure operational excellence
• Drive and support finance system implementation and improvements
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies

Your Profile

As a successful candidate, you will possess the following relevant skills sets and experience:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; professional qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA) preferred
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in full sets of accounts and consolidation
• Proven experience in a Finance Manager or similar role, with people management experience
• Experience supporting or driving finance system/ERP implementation projects
• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics or Oracle will be highly regarded
• Strong Power BI and advanced Excel skills
• Detail oriented, meticulous, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
• Hands on, flexible, and able to adapt to evolving priorities
