Finance Executive (Gov healthcare, Central, up to $5500) #HCL

• Responsible for month-end closing activities, including accruals and assist in variance analysis of expenses across cost centers.

• Assist to analyse monthly variances between actual and budget

• Review funded claims submission.

• Responsible for reviewing of peer review and budget papers and providing input for the financial analysis section.

• Support data generation from the system and preparation of working files for monthly reporting

• Check and approve ePay and purchase requisitions.

• Consolidate and coordinate capex budget submission by reviewing cost centres’ submissions and provide Finance’s comments on the pre-budget paper for peer review

• Manage LOA compliance and management by coordinating with stakeholders on quarterly cash flow projection for GCFO’s endorsement and work closely with Programme POC on quarterly grant claim form including providing Statement of Income and Expenditure for reporting

• Review LOAs and variation agreements for finance comments and implications

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent

• Diploma holders with 4 to 5 years’ relevant experience can be considered

EXPERIENCE

• Minimally 3 to 5 years of accounting experience

• Possesses good knowledge of accounting and finance concepts
