Job Description
Act as Learning & Development (L&D) main point of contact for all learning enquiries and learning updates for their respective Departments. Any learning needs, requests, and liaison will come through the LBP Support in the full cycle of Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and training content customisation for Department-specific training Establish clear and regular communication channels with Department HRBPs, Leads, Managers, and Heads to support any pain points and needs that may arise Keep
