Claim Management Lead

Job Description: Lead and manage Claim Reconcile and Payment Collection team that is responsible to create and compile Claim Daily and Monthly reports and collect receivable payment based on those reports. Coordinate with various stakeholders to make sure all of the tasks are finished within tight deadlines. Regular coaching and develop team member Regularly updating process flows, whether due to changes in company policies or the introduction of new products or services.
