Job Description
Manage leadership and talent development programmes end-to-end (e.g. Leadership Onboarding, New Manager Programme) Oversee the logistics of leadership events, including participant communications, venue and IT arrangements, vendor management, travel logistics, budgeting, and payments Partner with stakeholders from regional and local HR teams to roll out learning initiatives Design and deliver general training sessions (e.g. Problem Solving, Stakeholder Management, Effective Presentation)
