Job Description
Learning and Development (L&D) Manage day-to-day L&D administration and operations such as: LMS system administration Coordinate and manage the roll-out and completion of mandatory training/e-learning for the employees Learning courses communication & logistical support Work closely with vendors to ensure curriculums are relevant, consistent & effective for the target audience Managing external training partners for effective course delivery Collaborate with internal stakeholders
