Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) – Credit & Insurance

Partner with managers from the Monee Credit and Insurance business lines to manage day-to-day HR matters, including (but not limited to) onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management processes Collaborate with Organisational Development, Talent Management, and Recruitment teams to adapt and implement company-wide initiatives to meet the specific needs of your assigned teams Support headcount tracking, hiring needs reviews, and workforce planning in partnership with business leaders
