Inventory Network Planning - Operations, Shopee

Own and contribute to network-level inventory positioning decisions across warehouses, based on demand and supply signals. Identify structural inventory imbalances and determine optimal re-allocation strategies at scale. Make and justify trade-off decisions between service level, inventory coverage, warehouse capacity, and transfer cost. Steer inventory health outcomes (e.g. DOH/WOS, aging, shortage) across the network, not just at individual warehouses. Partner with Operations and Planning team
