Associate Product Management (Payments) - ShopeePay

Work closely with business department to gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas to grow market share. Coordinate with Regional Product & Engineering team to initiate, discuss, review and release new features. Act as a specialist for the product, conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, define Standard Operating Procedure, etc. Work closely and provide training to internal teams for new features. Other adhoc tasks assigned by manag
