Job Descriptions • Assist in carrying out building and structural inspections in compliance with BCA periodic inspection requirements. • Prepare inspection reports, technical reports, and photographic documentation • Assist in preparing method statements, work procedures, and risk assessments. • Support the Project Manager in daily operations for maintenance and small-scale construction works. • Supervise and coordinate site activities, including repair, rectification, and minor construction works • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure smooth work progress. • Monitor work quality, progress, and compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety requirements • Attend site inspections, meetings, and progress reviews • Assist in preparing progress reports, material submissions, and site records. • Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company procedures. Job Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Building Services or related field • Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD). • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. • Good problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to work. independently. • Strong communication and Team Building abilities • Good Coordination Skills.
