Job Description

Handle and Track escalations related to credit products, focusing on ShopeePay related issues. Investigate and verify reported issues to ensure accurate resolution. Monitor case progress and ensure timely resolution within the service levels (SLA). Analyze trends in escalation and provide insights for process improvements. Work closely with Product and Project Operations teams to support issue investigations and post-monitoring
