Daily Operations Manages the day-to-day payment processing operations on all ShopeePay payment channels under the EMI and OPS licenses. Ensures that Standard Operating Procedures are clearly defined, comprehensive, and embedded with robust process controls to effectively prevent fraud and mitigate financial risk. Closely monitors funding requirements and adherence to bank cut-off times to ensure timely and accurate payment processing. Supports the Customer Service team on payment inquiries, disp
