Support the Regional People to design and execute regional recruitment strategies to support long-term organisational talent growth and capability building. Establish and govern recruitment standards, processes, and governance across multiple markets. Coordinate closely with regional and local TA teams to track hiring workflows, timelines, and operational deliverables. Support the design, documentation, and maintenance of recruitment processes, workflows, and SOPs Consolidate and maintain hiring
