Job Description
Monitor and ensure all orders from pickup, sorting, to delivery are processed according to SLA. Identify, analyze, and follow up on orders that are stuck, delayed, or at risk of failed delivery. Coordinate with warehouse, line-haul, courier, and customer service teams to resolve operational issues. Prepare and manage daily/weekly reports related to order performance (on-time delivery, backlog, return, RBD, etc.).
