Workforce Planning - Operations, Shopee

Perform data analysis to plan headcount & other ops-related projects for Shopee warehouses then closely monitor performance to optimize Proactively work with warehouses & other Operation teams to resolve bottlenecks in process/operations & kickstart new projects smoothly Frequent meeting/analysis/review/build relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager
