Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our Singapore team. This role is ideal for candidates with around 1 year of project management or construction industry experience who are looking to grow their career within a fast-paced and professional environment.
The successful candidate will support senior project managers in coordinating project activities, managing stakeholders, tracking project progress, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in managing projects from planning through to completion
• Support project scheduling, budgeting, and progress tracking
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and clients
• Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes and reports
• Monitor project timelines, risks, and deliverables
• Assist with procurement, tendering, and contract administration activities
• Track project documentation and ensure proper record management
• Support site coordination and project compliance activities
• Help manage variations, claims, and project changes
• Provide general project and administrative support to the project management team
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline
• Approximately 1 year of relevant project coordination or project management experience
• Fresh graduates with internship experience in construction/project management may also be considered
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good interpersonal and stakeholder coordination skills
