Engineer - Projects - Industrial Automation

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Engineer to join our Industrial Automation & Digitalization team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design and development of industrial automation control systems, ensuring high-quality project execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Development and programming of PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems (preferably with Siemens, Rockwell, Wonderware/AVEVA).
• Experience in design and development of control panel and Electrical architectures.
• Conduct Hardware and Software Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
• Perform testing, commissioning, and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) at client locations.
• Provide technical support to the Sales team during project bidding.
• Offer onsite and remote technical support and services.
• Ensure overall quality control of all project deliverables.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
• Travel within Singapore internationally including offshore Oil & Gas facility as needed for project implementation and meetings.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation & digitalization.
• Proficient in various communication protocols used in the automation industry.
• Strong knowledge of automation technologies specific to Pharma, Oil & Gas industries is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player with a flexible approach to work and problem-solving and engage with other project team members in Singapore and overseas.
• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Computer, Mechatronic Engineering, or equivalent.
• A willingness to learn and a growth mindset.
