Seller Relationship Lead (Mandarin Speaker)

Responsible for achieving category targets by ensuring team members are allocated properly Oversee KPIs for Relationship Managers and manage seller allocation. Work closely with stakeholders such as mandarin-speaking sellers to communicate key progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives Evaluate, forecast and track key account metrics Provide in-depth insight on assigned category to Category Managers / Team Leads in order to execute overall category strategies in line with the brand’s goals Prepar
