Job Description
Responsibilities
Maintain complete and accurate books for the Singapore entity, in accordance with US GAAP and Singapore statutory requirements
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities; support SOX compliance
Manage treasury, fixed asset accounting, and procure-to-pay processes
Prepare Singapore statutory financial statements, corporate income tax computations, and GST filings
Monitor and track compliance with EDB/EDBI incentive programs
Requirements
6–10+ years of accounting experience in a multinational technology or semiconductor environment
CPA, CA, or equivalent qualification
Strong knowledge of Singapore statutory reporting, tax, and audit requirements
Hands-on experience with well-recognized accounting systems is highly preferred.
