Infrastructure Engineer

The Edge Specialist plays a key role in deploying, and managing scalable and secure infrastructure solutions, ensuring seamless integration across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, Tune and maintain RHEL/Windows systems for performance and uptime.
• Implement and manage integration of peripheral with backend systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve device/system issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Analyse change requests and recommend architectural improvements.

Requirements

• Preferably bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with RHEL and Windows Server in high-availability environments.
• Familiarity with networking basics, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Strong Knowledge of backup & restoration, virtualization (VMware/Nutanix/Hyper-V), and basic cloud concepts.
• Experience integrating and troubleshooting peripheral devices.
• Strong understanding of system security best practices, compliance hardening, and PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) for secure communications and certificate management.
• Good communication skills for working with vendors and stakeholders.
