Equipment & Automation Engineer (Manufacturing / MNC / East)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all production machines are in optimal working condition to support smooth operations and minimize defects.
• Perform prompt on-site troubleshooting for any machine-related issues to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with suppliers for unresolved issues and provide remote support based on technical guidelines.
• Set up and validate process workflows to ensure efficient and stable production performance.
• Monitor machine performance to achieve targeted UPH and cycle time goals.
• Support NPI automation activities to ensure seamless implementation and issue-free startup.
