Plan and execute growth campaigns (promos, vouchers, etc) Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities. Develop and run end to end experiments (A/B tests) to identify the most growth strategy Proactively initiate and execute ideas through collaborating with marketing, product, ops, and third parties to reach team KR and goals Track key demand KPIs and prepare performance insights.
