Roles & Responsibilities


As an Engineer, you will be involved in:

  • Studying & understanding the Specifications of Customer requirements / needs
  • Customer on-site assessment and troubleshooting
  • Brainstorming proposals to address customer requirements / needs
  • Sourcing / selecting compatible components for the proposed design
  • Preparation of estimated budget for the proposed design
  • Conduct of Design Review sessions
  • Detailing of Design with GT&T, Material Selection, Heat Treatment & Finishing
  • Preparation of Bill of Material (Fabrication) & (Commercial)
  • Preparation of Assembly & Pneumatic Drawings
  • Assisting in assembly & troubleshooting of Sub-Modules
  • Testing & Troubleshooting of Equipment
  • Assist in Buyoff of Equipment
  • Preparation of Operation Manual
  • Fundamental Project Management

Desired Skill Sets

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electronics Engineering
  • Min. 2 to 3 years experience in Automation / Semiconductor sector
  • Able to understand electrical & pneumatic circuitry drawing
  • Experience in field service engineering is a requirement
  • Experienced in wiring and soldering
  • Experience in basic circuitry design is a plus
  • Leadership and project management skills
  • Knowledge in Programming & Embedded system (eg. Arduino, Python, C++, C#, RPI, etc)
  • Knowledge in Drafting & Simulation software (AutoCAD, NanoCAD, Fusion360, SolidWorks, etc) is a plus
