Perform routine checks and ensure the accuracy of employee data in the HRIS, focusing on onboarding and offboarding processes. Update personal details, job titles, and status changes. Support system upgrades, implementations, and testing activities. Document processes, maintain system manuals, and update user guides and training materials. Respond to employee or external queries regarding HR Data, procedures, and systems. Provide guidance to Function Leads on related issues.
