Automation Engineer

About the Role

We are hiring an Automation Engineer who specializes in Ansible to automate provisioning, configuration management, and infrastructure orchestration across hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities

·        Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, and automation pipelines

·        Automate OS patching, configuration, compliance, and hardening

·        Integrate Ansible into CI/CD workflows and infrastructure pipelines

·        Maintain inventory, secrets, and automation governance standards

·        Troubleshoot automation failures and drive continuous improvement

·        Support IaC and infrastructure automation initiatives

Requirements

·        3+ years of automation or configuration management experience

·        Strong hands-on Ansible expertise (playbooks, roles, modules)

·        Proficiency with Linux/Windows system administration

·        Scripting skills in Python or Shell

·        Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
