Finance Manager (Manufacturing, Tuas)

Responsibilities:

• Manage financial and operational reporting for assigned entities.
• Prepare sales and expense forecasts, budgets, and monthly management reports.
• Handle month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing with accuracy and timeliness.
• Review cash flow forecasts and manage treasury and banking matters.
• Support audit, tax, GST, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Maintain fixed assets register and ensure proper capital expenditure tracking.
• Review expense accruals, journal entries, and payment approvals.
• Maintain master data in the finance system and improve financial processes and controls.
• Support ad-hoc finance tasks and projects as required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  Minimum 10 years of finance experience, preferably in manufacturing or trading.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards (GAAP / IFRS).
• Experience with ERP systems; Dynamics 365 is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
