Finance Manager - North - WCDT

Job Summary
Reporting to the Regional Controller, the Finance Manager is responsible for regional financial closing and reporting, statutory and tax compliance, regulatory requirements, and internal controls across SEA, in line with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end regional finance operations (AP, AR, GL) across Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand, ensuring timely and accurate month-end and year-end close

• Prepare and oversee financial statements, statutory accounts, tax filings, and regulatory submissions

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, regulatory requirements, and internal controls

• Lead, mentor, and develop the regional finance team while acting as the key finance liaison for SEA sites

• Drive process improvement, standardisation, automation, and efficiency across finance operations

• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and authorities to support audits and compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA) with at least 10 years of relevant experience, including team leadership

• Experience in Manufacturing or Logistics preferred, with knowledge of Malaysian tax and regulatory requirements

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; hands-on, detail-oriented, and technically strong in accounting

• Advanced MS Excel skills and a strong team player.
