Key Responsibilities

Lead the preparation, review, and consolidation of group financial statements incompliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, valuation, and strategic planning.
Drive the FP&A process, including preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and performance variance analysis.
Provide management with clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Partner with business units to evaluate financial performance and identify opportunities for growth and cost optimization.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information through effective internal controls and processes.
Support special projects, including M&A evaluations, investor relations materials, and ad-hoc management requests.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline (professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA are highly advantageous).
Minimum of 4 - 6 years’ experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A, preferably within a public listed company or a software / IT consultancy firm.
Strong hands-on experience in financial modelling, consolidation, and FP&A is required.
Proven track record in managing budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting processes.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting skills.
Proficiency in financial systems and advanced MS Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data clearly to stakeholders.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
