Job Description

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager with 1–2 years of experience to drive go-to-market (GTM) strategies, product training, and compliance coordination. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands fintech products, and can effectively communicate value to internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute GTM strategies for new and existing products.

  • Coordinate and deliver product training sessions for sales, support, and client teams.

  • Support product launches with marketing materials, presentations, and campaigns.

  • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements for all marketing and product communications.

  • Act as a bridge between product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and positioning.

  • Gather and analyse market and customer feedback to refine messaging and product positioning.

  • Monitor product performance using metrics and analytics, iterating to improve adoption and client outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in product marketing, marketing operations, or a related role.

  • Strong understanding of GTM planning and execution.

  • Excellent presentation, training, and communication skills.

  • Familiarity with fintech products and financial markets is a plus.

  • Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage compliance requirements effectively.

  • Data-driven mindset and strong organizational skills.
