About the Role

We are looking for a disciplined and hands-on Warehouse Operations Officer to support cargo handling, warehouse activities, and security operations in a structured, compliance-driven environment.

This role is ideal for candidates who are safety-conscious, and comfortable working in an operational setting exposed to weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform loading, unloading and movement of warehouse cargo
• Conduct container stuffing and unstuffing operations
• Handle cross-docking, transhipment and cargo consolidation activities
• Apply proper stacking, storage and special handling procedures
• Handle dangerous goods and time/temperature-sensitive cargo
• Execute warehouse security procedures in accordance with operational plans
• Identify maintenance or operational gaps and escalate accordingly
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards
• Support other warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements

• GCE N Levels / NITEC
• At least 1 year of warehouse or logistics operations experience
• Class 4 driving licence required (Class 3 may be considered)
• Forklift licence / Class 5 will be an advantage
• Familiar with SAP / WMS systems preferred
• Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge
• Comfortable working in a structured, regimental environment
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors
