Cybersecurity Red Teaming Specialist

Join a leading technology organisation as a Specialist, driving enterprise-wide security testing standards and advancing Secure-by-Design practices across a complex environment.

You will bridge governance and technical execution ensuring consistent, high-quality security testing while strengthening proactive defence capabilities.

What You’ll Do

• Establishing and standardising security testing frameworks (VAPT), including SOPs and quality benchmarks.

• Leading red teaming and advanced penetration testing for critical systems using real-world adversary tactics.

• Continuously enhancing testing approaches in response to emerging threats.

• Defining secure coding standards aligned to industry best practices and strengthening SSDLC adoption.

• Driving SAST, DAST, and SCA strategies and embedding security into CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps).

• Advising technology and project leaders to foster a strong secure-by-design culture.

What We’re Looking For

• 8–10 years of technical cybersecurity experience with a focus on offensive and application security.

  Proven penetration testing experience across web, cloud, on-prem, and network environments.

• Experience conducting manual and automated source code reviews.

• Strong understanding of SSDLC and ability to analyse code (e.g., Java, Python, .NET, JavaScript).

  Proficiency in SAST, DAST, SCA, VAPT, and offensive security tools.

  Knowledge of adversary TTPs and frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK.

  Experience integrating security into DevOps pipelines and working in cloud environments.
  
  OSCP Certification is a mandatory.

  Certifications such as OSWE, CASE, GWEB, or equivalent are advantageous.
