Job responsibility:

Design, implement, and manage WAN solutions including MPLS, VPN, and SD-WAN technologies.
Monitor network performance, identify issues, and troubleshoot WAN-related problems.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and achieve system performance targets.
Document network configurations and operational processes for reference and compliance.
Participate in network capacity planning and forecasting to ensure reliability and performance.
Provide technical assistance during the deployment of new network components and services.
Collaborate with vendors and service providers to optimize network solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends and WAN technologies to propose improvements.

Job Requirements

At least 4 years of experience in network engineering with a focus on WAN technologies.
Strong knowledge of WAN protocols and technologies, including MPLS, SD-WAN, and IPsec VPNs.
Experience in configuring and managing routing and switching devices from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent.
Familiarity with network monitoring tools and performance metrics.
Goodunderstanding of TCP/IP and related networking concepts.
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver network solutions efficiently.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Cisco CCNA, CCNP or equivalent networking certifications will be advantageous.
A proactive attitude towards learning emerging technologies and network advancements.
