We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT professional to join our team in a dynamic Fund Management environment. This role is focused on driving business value through technology, working closely with key stakeholders, and ensuring smooth delivery of IT initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to create value through technology enablement.
• Analyze current technical, data, and business workflows, and recommend improvements while designing target state roadmaps.
• Plan, manage, and deliver projects on time, interpreting complex business requirements.
• Design, develop, and conduct system testing, resolving defects before user acceptance testing.
• Support business applications, including problem determination and monitoring daily application batch jobs.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, .Net, SSIS.
• Proficiency in web programming: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Microsoft VBA tools, Power Apps, Power BI, Tableau, SharePoint.
• Interest in Copilot and Copilot Studio is a plus.
• Strong requirement-gathering skills and effective stakeholder communication.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Logical, analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

Experience and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent.

3–5 years of relevant IT experience.
Prior experience in a Fund Management environment is advantageous.
