Business Analyst

Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst to analyse business requirements, design system solutions, and support application delivery using the Out Systems platform. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure high-quality and compliant system implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse reported cases and defined configuration specifications and business requirements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to optimize and enhance system performance.

• Design, document, and maintain system processes, and perform quality assurance activities.

• Propose and design solutions using the Out Systems Rapid Application Development platform within agreed timelines and budget.

• Ensure proposed solutions align with the overall architecture design and project standards.

• Design and develop integration points/interfaces with SAP, third-party software, and other systems.

• Recommend improvements and streamlining opportunities to meet evolving business needs.

• Develop programs based on functional specifications and ensure requirements are fulfilled.

• Provide technical support during System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT); implement code changes where required.

• Ensure developed programs pass vulnerability assessments and code quality checks.

• Plan and execute cutover activities for assigned modules.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation including design specs, program specs, and unit test plans.

• Provide on-site support and troubleshoot issues pre- and post-implementation.

• Ensure optimal system configuration and high-quality deliverables.

• Participate in QA activities and resolve identified risks or improvement areas.

• Perform risk management, including identification, mitigation, and tracking.

• Support change request processes including impact assessment, development, and testing.

• Provide timely progress updates to the Project Manager and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of Business Analyst experience.

• Exposure to Out Systems is preferred.

• Able to work independently and manage timelines effectively.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
