Full Stack Developer (JavaScript/ AWS)

Job Scope:

• Deliver optimised, scalable and maintainable end-to-end software systems.
• Design and implement both frontend and backend components, ensuring smooth integration through well-defined APIs and business logic.
• Develop and enhance web applications to meet business and technical requirements.
• Conduct system design at feature level, covering application, database, and infrastructure aspects.
• Ensure code quality through unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Apply automation tools for build, deployment, and configuration management.
• Maintain adherence to enterprise security standards and best practices.
• Identify and recommend improvements to system design, performance, and maintainability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for systems and applications.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software or full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in frontend technologies such as React, Angular, Vue.js, JavaScript and backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, Python, or C#.
• Good understanding of software architecture, design patterns, GraphQL, RESTful API development.
• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Gitlab).
• Familiar with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP
• Knowledge of containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases and performance tuning.
• Understanding of agile methodologies and full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with serverless or event-driven architectures.
• Knowledge of security best practices and OWASP principles.
• Exposure to automated testing, DevOps practices, and cloud/on-premise monitoring tools.
